David Bigelow, Esquire, of McCann, Dillon, Jaffe & Lamb, LLC, discusses the ins and outs of Workers’ Compensation Law, common myths, and the ways in which retaining an attorney can get you a much larger pay day.
Bio: David Bigelow is a personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation attorney at the law firm McCann, Dillon, Jaffe & Lamb, LLC. Hed was born and raised in South Jersey, and currently lives in Delaware County with his wife Regina.
David earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee, and his JD at Rutgers Law School. After law school, he clerked for a Judge in Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. After his clerkship, he worked for a large law firm defending commercial insurance carriers and self-insured corporations in civil claims for injuries and property damage
Thereafter, David switched sides and joined his current firm where he represents “the little guy” making civil claims. David handles claims ranging from a simple rear end car accident to more complex workplace accidents and incidents involving defective products resulting in catastrophic injury and death. He is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. His firm’s Wilmilngton, Delaware office also serves clients in the State of Delaware.
